As soon as we saw it, it was love at first sight! Lying in beautiful open countryside in Tyn-y-gongl, just outside Benllech, it met all our needs and those of our growing family of animal friends.

Why not share it we thought, and so the idea of ‘Escape2Anglesey’ was born! We have worked hard to upgrade part of it into a beautiful self-contained holiday hideaway which we have called Tan Bryn

Set in the orchard, overlooking our duck pond and far from the madding crowd, it is ideal for those seeking tranquillity or a romantic break. If you are interested in renting either the shepherd’s hut or the cottage more information is available via the menu or by clicking on the links above.

Recognising the move towards electrically powered cars we have installed an electric charging point so rest assured if you have an electric or hybrid car you won't get caught short during your stay with us.

Why not avoid the hassle of having to start your holiday with a trip to the supermarket by ordereing a 'Tesco Home Delivery' (or Co-op, or Asda, or Waitrose). We will take your order in for you if you have not arrived when it is delivered, just let us know to expect it.

We also offer some extras which we hope will also make your experience with us a little bit different:

- Freshly made bread to order;

- Afternoon tea (scones, cream & jam) to order.

Escape2Anglesey’ was born of our long-desired wish to escape to Anglesey where, after several years of searching, we finally came across Erw Newydd, a beautifull little cottage which was previously a smallholding with over one hundred years of history.

Finally, a word to the wise, 'Escape2Anglesey' is about experiencing rural Anglesey so, if you are looking for the highlife, then it's not for you. However, if you are a walker, or just want to 'Escape2Anglesey', then look no further, we will do our best to make you and your pet (if you bring one), be it a dog or a cat very welcome.

If you want privacy but not complete isolation, then come and stay with us and remember, we are on hand if you need us. You may find, like us, that you never want to go home!

Tan Bryn is perfect for most but what about those of us who like to experience something a little bit different when they holiday. After some thought and research the answer emerged! A Shepherds Hut, perfect!
